Healthy Potato Salad

6 to 8 red potatoes, use the size you want
2 to 3 tablespoons Hormel's 50% fat bacon pieces
4 green onion including the green part
salt & pepper
Miracle Whip

First I was the red potatoes well. I get the small red potatoes and microwave them until done. I let them cook for about 5 to 10 minutes. I cut the potatoes in half, then in half again and then dice the size you want. NO NOT PEEL the potatoes. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate at least the rest of the day. They can be made in the night and served the next day,
