Grilled Asparagus
1 pound fresh asparagus
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat. Trim bottoms of
asparagus. Lightly coat the spears with the oil. Season with
salt and pepper to taste. Grill over high heat for 2 to 3
minutes, or to desired tenderness.
