For Debbie in SC. I have a fruit salad recipe that is a big hit wherever I take it. Not only is it a beautiful dish, but it is delicious.

Fresh Fruit Salad

2 types of Seedless Grapes (red, green or black), washed and dried
Kiwi, peeled and chopped in bite size pieces
Fresh pineapple, cut into bite size pieces
Cantaloupe, cut into bite sized pieces
Bananas, sliced
Strawberries, washed and cut into quarters or halves
1 (12 oz) can frozen orange juice (thawed)

In a trifle bowl, layer fruits making sure that you layer the bananas under the pineapple. Continue layering until you use all your fruit. Drizzle the thawed concentrated orange juice over the top of the fruit. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Best if you can let the flavors blend a little bit before serving. Absolutely delicious.
