In the Sept. 28 newsletter, Karen from Ca. requested
a Southwest Corn Soup. This is not Southwest, but it is sooo good and easy.
Makes a lot, you can cut it in half.

Ez Corn Chowder
2 large Cans Del Monte whole potatoes, cubed with liquid
3 (16 oz) cans Del Monte cream corn
3 (16 oz) cans Del Monte whole kernel corn, with liquid
1 can Campbell cheddar cheese soup
1 can Campbell cream of celery soup
2 pkgs. Oscar Mayer real bacon pieces
1 pkg. Frozen chopped onions
S & p to taste
1/2 gal. (16 oz) Half and half
1/2 pt. Heavy whipping cream
Put all above ingredients into a slow cooker and on low cook for 6-8 hours.
Serves 20 hungry folks.
