A Nurse friend of mine shared this recipe that she has made
up her self.
It is delicious.
Breakfast Shake (or any time shake)
1 box of chocolate instant pudding mix (sugar free)
3 cups of milk
a few ice cubes (about 3)
2 Tablespoons Natural peanut butter (if you like)
Put all into blender and blend until smooth. Drink.
Also, you can use vanilla pudding and add 2 Tablespoons of
coffee and some almonds or any other nuts and blend and
drink. That sounds great!
