Sausage Bean Chowder

1 pound loose hot sausage
2 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, undrained
2 cup tomato juice
2 (14 ? ounce) can stewed tomatoes undrained
1 lg. onion diced
1 bay leaf
1-1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup whole kernel corn
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 stalk celery chopped
1 green pepper chopped
.
Brown sausage; drain. Combine all ingredients in a large kettle. Simmer, covered, for 1 hour. Remove bay leaf. Serve hot.
Yield 10 to 12 servings.
