This is a T&T recipe that my daughter made for a
family gathering. It is so good and so easy to make.
Pork Tenderloin
3 lb. pork tenderloin, trim fat
1 lb. thick bacon (not smoked)
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 T. minced onion
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. sugar
Dash pepper
Wrap bacon strips completely around tenderloin. Combine rest of ingredients and
marinate tenderloin 3 -5 hours. (5 is best) Bake at 300 degrees uncovered 2-3
hours (3 is best) Baste often (every 15 min. or so) Cool slightly. Slice in
thick slices to resemble filet mignon. So tender!!
