Peanut Butter Pie
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
6 tablespoons milk
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
Cream the cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and peanut butter. Mix and add milk.
Fold in Cool Whip. Pour in pre-baked shell. Refrigerate overnight.
Note: I used the recipe a lot for days all the teachers would share treats with
each other. It was so easy I usually made two.
