Pumpkin from Hades Hot Pumpkin Relish

1 c. finely diced pumpkin
1/2 c. finely diced canned papaya
1/8 c. finely diced onion
1/2 clove minced garlic
1 T. cilantro
1/2 diced Habanero pepper
4 oz. juice from canned papaya

Combine all in bowl & cover. Set in frig overnight. Serve on
grilled or barbecued pork medallions.
