This is a recipe I recently found on the cooks.com site. My family enjoyed it.

Cinnamon Pear Jelly

4 c. pear juice
1 pkg. Sure-Jell
10 to 12 oz. cinnamon candies (red hots)
5 1/2 cups sugar

Combine 4 c. pear juice,1 pkg. Sure-Jell,10 to 12 oz. cinnamon candies (red hots). Bring to a boil. At once add 5 1/2 cups sugar, bring to a rolling boil and boil 2 1/2 minutes. Pour into clean jelly jars and seal.
