This is for Tracey from Pa who said she
had trouble making meatloaf. I, too, had a problem until I
started selling Watkins Products. The following is the
recipe on Watkins Meatloaf Seasoning.
Meatloaf
1-lb. ground meat (beef or turkey)
2 TBLSP. Watkins Meatloaf Seasoning
1/2 cup oats (dry)
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
Salt if desired.
Mix all ingredients together. Form into a loaf or put in
loaf pan. Bake at 375F or 190C for 45 min. or until done.
I grew up with meatloaf being made with catsup on top, so I
do put some catsup on top before cooking. I even sometimes
put a little into the meat mixture.
