Buttermilk Pie
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
3 Tbs. flour, rounded
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
prepared graham cracker crust
Cream sugar and butter. Add flour an eggs, beating well.
Stir in buttermilk, vanilla (can add a dash of nutmeg.)
Pour into graham cracker crust and bake at 350 for 45-50
minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. You can
use unbaked pie shell. I use 9 inch unbaked pie shell and
bake at 325 for 1 hour.
