Salmon Casserole (Chef Raymo)

1 cup salmon, drained and flaked
1 cup uncooked macaroni
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
salt and pepper

Cook macaroni and drain. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a 2-quart greased baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
