n the July 6th newsletter Wendy in Northwest Wisconsin was asking
for a good coleslaw recipe. I have made this several times, I sent
it in to Taste of Homes Healthy Living magazine and was a winner. It
is definitely a winner.

Macaroni Coleslaw
1 package cole slaw
7 ounces ring macaroni, cooked
Dice:
1 cucumber
1 green pepper
2 stalks celery
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 1/2 onion
Dressing:
1 1/2 cups miracle Whip®
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Add dressing 1 hour before serving. Makes enough to feed 25-30
people.
