Crockpot Barbecue
In 3 1/2 - 5 qt. crock pot, combine 1? lbs. stew beef, 1 1/2 lbs.
pork cubes, 2 cups chopped onions. 3 chopped green peppers, 6 oz.
can tomato paste, 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, 1/4 cup cider vinegar,
1/4 cup chili powder (I used less), 2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. dry mustard
and 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce. Cover, cook on high, 8 hours. Stir
with wire whisk until meat is shredded.
