Broccoli Casserole
2 c. broccoli or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
4 tbsp. butter or margarine
12 butter crackers, crumbled
Cook and drain broccoli. Melt cheese and half of the butter.
Mix with the broccoli. Place in greased baking dish. Melt
remaining butter and mix with crumbled crackers. Sprinkle
crumbs on top. Bake
at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
