Rice Krispies Cheese Wafers
2 sticks margarine, room temp.
2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
1/2 lb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, room temp.
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 cups Rice Krispies
Working with your hands, mix first five ingredients
together.
Add Rice Krispies last. Mix until soft and easy to work
with.
Form into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet
and mash each ball with fork.
Bake at 375 deg. for 10-12 minutes.
Yield: About 5 dozen.
Store in tight plastic container.
