Peach Cobbler
1 diced fresh peach
1/2 C. evaporated skim milk
1/2 t. vanilla
1 sliced torn bread
Dice peach, cover with cinnamon, and artificial brown sugar.
Pour batter over peach. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Equals: 1 fruit, 1 bread, 1 milk (1 serving)
