Macaroni Tuna Salad
1 pkg. (12 oz.) salad macaroni
5 stalks celery, chopped (could use less) 1/2 cup chopped
sweet pickles
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cooked eggs, chopped
1 large (or 2 small) cans tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper, to taste
Cook macaroni, according to directions on package, drain and
rinse with cold water. Put in large bowl and add remaining
ingredients and mix well. Chill in refrigerator. Can serve
on lettuce leaves. Serves 8 to 10 people.
