Lemon Dill Butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temp
2 tablespoons minced fresh dill weed
2 tablespoons minced lemon zest
salt & pepper to taste
Combine all. Chill briefly, then form into log, wrap and
freeze. * Use to season veggies, pasta, broiled or grilled
chicken and fish.
