Gingered Beans and Rice

1 1/3 c. dry Navy Beans, cooked & drained
2 c. dry, long-cooking white rice ( do not cook first)
5 c. water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 t. ginger

Combine ingredients. Place in 4 qt. greased casserole (10" diameter,
4 1/2" deep).
Bake 325. 1 hour
Serves 8. Cal. 341
