Hawaiian French Toast
1 package frozen French toast sticks
6 eggs
3 cups milk
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
6 oz diced ham
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup maple syrup
Cut French toast sticks into 1" cubes and place in a large bowl. Whisk together
eggs, milk, sugar and cinnamon. Stir in ham and pour mixture over bread. Blend
cream cheese and pineapple in a small bowl. Place half of bread mixture in a
casserole coated with cooking spray. Spread cream cheese mixture over bread
mixture. Add remaining bread mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake
40-45 minutes at 400 degrees or until cream cheese is bubbly and liquid is
absorbed. Remove from oven. Pour maple syrup over toast and serve.
