Best Ever Cheesecake
3 eggs, well beaten
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
3 cups sour cream
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding
Graham cracker crust
Combine all ingredients; beat until smooth. Pour into a deep dish
graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes. I made this
successfully with Splenda and sugar-free pudding.
